Feature requests and support

When you submit the feedback form, Netlify processes and stores the message, category, and optional email address and makes the submission available to the developer. Netlify may also process technical information for hosting, delivery, and spam prevention. We use your submission to assess feedback and, if you supply an email address, respond. Do not include sensitive information.

Legacy chat links

Older quickwhatsapp.com links containing a phone number may redirect to WhatsApp. The number and any message in the link are passed to that service. Do not put confidential information in a shareable URL.

Hosting and outbound links

Netlify hosts the website and may retain technical request logs. Google Fonts serves the website fonts. Google Play and messaging services apply their own privacy policies when you visit them. Download links include campaign labels to help identify website referrals; these labels contain no phone number or feedback text.

Contact and app privacy
